rewriting the resource manager, so i can do nice tricks like `updateResource(clip, x => { x.offset = 10; })` and it properly works. that was done a couple of days ago and now i have to fix SequenceEditor to use these new nicer apis. also implementing the new renderer that lets me do what the question that talked about the backgrounds.
